Also known as soused herring, our Matjes fillets are responsibly sourced from young herring which are particularly rich in Omega 3.
The herring are first cured and matured in a traditional way before being packed in a sweet dill marinade. Ideal served on rye bread or with a boiled-egg and potato salad.
