Rollmops with Onion
Traditionally cured and ready to eat these succulent herring fillets are marinated in sweet vinegar and rolled with onion, bay & dill. The resulting ready-to-eat delicacy is flavoursome and packed with protein and omega-3; ideal for a Scandi-Smörgåsbord or picnic-buffet!
Ready to eat: Delicious served on rye bread, or with a chopped potato salad with boiled-egg, apple and red-onion
